Are you a dedicated mental health therapist passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Life InSight offers individualized therapy & comprehensive evaluations focused on supporting individuals achieve the right balance for their emotional, academic, and social success. We're seeking psychologists and therapists with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in providing therapy and/or psychological assessments. Preference is given towards experience working within a CBT framework.

  • Competitive Compensation: This is a W2, hourly paid position with potential to make between $100,000 to $125,000 for candidates with a master's degree, and $125,000 to $140,000 for those with a doctorate degree (based on a 25-30 hour week; full time). Paid sick and vacation time offered.

Requirements:


  • Licensed Therapist: Must hold a valid license in New Jersey.
  • Work Schedule: 3 days in-person in the office; either one evening/one weekend day or two evenings required. 
  • Child/Teen/Adult Focus: In addition to adults, must be willing to work with children/teens between the ages of 6-17+; free training/supervision can be provided
  • Commitment to Excellence: Capacity to treat clients by utilizing psychological techniques and therapies; discuss progress toward goals with clients and their families; monitor development; evaluate and adjust treatment; and collaborate with other specialists. Training in CBT modalities is required.
  • Compassionate Approach: Ability to provide empathetic and client-centered care.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
